What is the Premier League table this season?

Tottenham are alone at the top of the Premier League after claiming a third straight win on Sunday at home to Watford.

Spurs defeated the Hornets 1-0 in London thanks to a free kick from Son Heung-min before half time that deceived Watford goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann.

This means that Tottenham are the only remaining team in the Premier League with a 100 per cent record, having claimed three successive 1-0 victories.

Elsewhere on Sunday, Manchester United handed a debut to Raphael Varane and a full debut for Jadon Sancho after their summer arrivals.

Man Utd travelled to Wolves for the late afternoon kick-off, although Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t involved after his shock move from Juventus on Friday.

The Red Devils didn’t impress and rode their luck on a number of occasions before sneaking a win with 10 minutes remaining thanks to Mason Greenwood’s angled shot.

David de Gea was Man United’s man of the match, making a stunning save from Roman Saiss.

The other match of the day saw Burnley and Leeds share the spoils at Turf Moor.

Chris Wood gave the home side the lead on 61 minutes, only for Patrick Bamford to earn Leeds a point four minutes from the end.
